Volunteer at a NDR Project in the USA/Canada

Nazarene Disaster Response volunteers have three ways to serve:

Readiness

Rapid Responders are prepared and organized groups of NDR volunteer. Regional teams train and deploy together. Contact the NDR office if you would like to learn more about becoming part of this ministry.

Response

Restoration

NazServe volunteer database

To connect Churches and CMCs with those wishing to help during times of disaster, NDR now uses a powerful database called NazServe.

The availability of volunteer opportunities depends on the frequency of disasters, the Nazarene presence in the area, and the willingness of local Nazarene churches or Compassionate Ministry Centers to post projects.

All opportunities from now on will be posted on NazServe.

1) Go to the site

2) Create a profile (it's easy)

3) List your skills and interests

4) Search through the individual or team opportunities to find one in which you're interested.

If you have questions or are confused about the process, email the NDR office at ndr@nazarene.org. We administer NazServe and will respond to you promptly.
