Disaster Updates:

how to support

Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee paired up to deliver a financial punch estimated at $1 billion in damage while wild fires ravaged Texas leaving more than 1,500 homes destroyed. This has been a disaster-heavy year that is not yet finished, and North America needs the continued prayer and volunteer support of compassionate Nazarenes.

The national Nazarene Disaster Response (NDR) office remains in communication for possible projects to list on NazServe.org.

The need for volunteers remains desperate in Minot, North Dakota. Please consider supporting our brothers and sisters who have suffered the devastation of this unexpeced flood. Organized volunteer opportunities for Minot can be accessed at www.NazServe.org.

NDR will continue to monitor and inform about specific giving or volunteering opportunities. We ask that people remain prayerful and prepared to give time and money to relief efforts as we proceed into the tornado season. To reach NDR you may call 1800-306-9950 or email ndr@nazarene.org

Donations to USA/Canada NDR can be made at any time. Donate online or send a check to the appropriate address with ACM1187 on the memo line.
